Sports Physio with some Mobility Exercises

Sports Physio to get fit

Shoulder joint injuries are quite common with skiers, and I’ve had my fair share of falls on the slopes. Recently I fell on my hand and could feel the force of the fall going up my arm and into my shoulder. Needless to say, it was painful. On top of that, it was too dreadful being out of action, but thankfully Physiotherapy helped me get back to skiing. Before the sports physio, the pain was awful but the physiotherapy treatment dramatically improved things for me. The physio told me that a lot of shoulder pain is actually because of overuse with sports, and I do a lot of skiing. Thankfully my shoulder injury didn’t require surgery and I was told that managing a shoulder injury with sports physio is pretty successful. Such a relief for me when I heard I would be undergoing conservative rehabilitation for my shoulder. With some mobility- and strengthening exercises, I’m soon going to be back on those slopes again.
